Change your life, today
Feeling tired, stressed, struggling to fall asleep, and exercise leaves you feeling exhausted?
This isn’t normal, and it’s not your fault.
Over the last few decades the food industry has grown by a staggering amount, while global health trends have been on a downwards spiral.
We have been sold the idea that a low-fat diet is a good idea, healthy fats have have been replaced by inflammation-promoting oils and sugar, and we’ve been told “all foods are good in moderation”. The modern diet, full of ultra-processed ‘food’, is leading us towards a future where chronic illness is the norm.
Luckily, there’s hope.
With sustainable changes, we can start to reverse metabolic diseases, increase our energy levels and live happy lives in great health.
A complete re-think of ‘conventional’ dietary advice
Low-fat dietary guidelines have been forced on us
for so long that they’re ingrained in our thought processes.
We’ll help you understand why low-fat advice is potentially dangerous, and support you as you break away from ultra-processed ‘food’ products. You’ll rediscover real food, optimally fuel your body, and discover what optimal health feels like.
Enjoy delicious and nutritious foods, guilt-free.

“Choosing what you eat is the most consequential act for your health and well-being.”

Put simply, our bodies can run off two different fuel sources. Our options are glucose or ketones.
Glucose: If we choose to fuel our bodies with glucose, we need to accept the negative effects of insulin as part of everyday life. Running off glucose, we can expect to feel hungry frequently and tired after every meal, due to our blood glucose levels constantly rising and crashing.
Ketones: If we choose to fuel our bodies with ketones, we are choosing to eat high-fat foods like salmon, nuts, meat, cheese etc. In ketosis we can expect stable energy levels, mental clarity, reduced inflammation, and improved overall health.
Historically, our distant ancestors were fit and healthy running off ketones. In recent times, our diet has become saturated with ultra-processed-foods designed to produce excessive profits for food companies. This has led to foods containing less fat, more sugar, and more non-natural additives to gives products a longer shelf-life (or selling time). By eating in this new way, we’ve started to experience high levels of inflammation, reduced energy, increased rates of illness, and constantly living in a spike-and-crash cycle created by glucose.
By adopting a high-fat, low carbohydrate way of eating, with minimal ultra-processed-foods, we can rid ourselves of the negative effects of the modern food industry. Our bodies will return to a state of ketosis, and we’ll be fuelling our bodies in the best way possible.

Sadly, we’ve been sold a lie.
Foods rich in natural fat are extraordinarily healthy for our bodies.
It is true, however, that unnatural fats are bad for our health. Luckily, there are no unnatural fats in whole foods we find in nature - we only find these unhealthy fats in processed foods.
Good fats:
Salmon
Butter
Cheese
Meat
Avocados
Nuts
Olive Oil
Bad Fats:
Hydrogenated seed oils e.g. palm oil
Foods made with seed oils e.g. store-bought mayo
Margarine

It’s funny, no one ever asks if there are side-effects for the mainstream ultra-processed diet, and yet most of us eat that way.
The good news is the side-effects of ketogenic eating are generally very minimal.
It’s not uncommon to experience some tiredness, mild digestive discomfort, and a headache, but these usually subside after a few days. We call this ‘keto flu’ and it can usually be reduced or even avoided completely by drinking electrolytes and salting your food.
As part of our support, we will provide you with simple tips for reducing any possible side-effects in the first few days.
-
Simply, no.
Ketogenic eating includes meat, fish, leafy greens, vegetables, berries, oil, dairy, and a wide variety of other nutritious foods.
We have read news reports about ketogenic eating leading to nutritional deficiencies, and can say these are broadly incorrect and based on unrealistic hypothetical situations.
Frankly, the standard recommended diet which includes large quantities of ultra-processed ‘foods’ is largely devoid of nutrition.
Example:
One newspaper article quoted a dietitian who said ketogenic eating was ‘unsustainable’ as it could cause nutritional deficiencies. What the dietitian failed to mention is that their idea of ketogenic eating was a diet consisting of only coffee, eggs, butter, ground beef, and bacon.

Simply? Yes.
Our nutritional coaching programmes are designed to help you achieve significant and lasting changes in your life.
Making changes, especially fundamental changes to ingrained dietary habits, takes time. We are all capable of making lasting positive changes in our lives, but we need to give our bodies and minds time to adjust and improve.
You can expect to see results relatively quickly, but sustainable changes and improvements take time.

Both our plans provide unparalleled access to personalised support, and guidance throughout your ketogenic journey.
Our Transform plan takes things to the next level.
You’ll receive a free Keto-Mojo blood ketone meter (worth €50). Using objective measurements from the ketone meter, we’ll be able to tailor our advice to respond to the specific needs of your body.
It’s possible to move into ketogenic living without measuring your blood ketones. With access to objective blood ketone measurements, however, you’ll be able to understand how your body responds to the foods you eat, and access foods that will supercharge your state of ketosis.
Ketosis comes in different levels, based on your blood ketone measurements:
Light ketosis 0.5-1.0mmol/L - Great for weight loss
Optimal ketosis 1.0-3.0mmol/L - Fat-adapted (when your body is efficiently burning fat as fuel)
Therapeutic ketosis 3.0-5.0mmol/L - Where we often see therapeutic benefits in medical conditions e.g. epilepsy, metabolic disorders, cancer etc.
By measuring your blood ketone levels, we can be sure of which level of ketosis you’re in and you can adjust your eating to achieve changes where necessary.
