Client Responsibility

It is important to inform us of any medical conditions you have, medications you currently take, or concerns you may have before starting any session. We will work with you to provide a safe and supportive environment, but ultimate responsibility for your health and well-being rests with you.

Coaching Services

The services offered at KETOROOTS are considered coaching. They are not meant to replace conventional medical treatment or therapies. Coaching services are not meant to replace dietary advice or professional guidance from a qualified dietitian or nutritionist.

Consultation

We encourage all visitors to our practice and website to consult with a qualified medical professional regarding any concerns about their health. This is especially critical if you are pregnant, nursing, elderly, or have any pre-existing medical conditions.

Assumption of risk

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved with complementary therapies. KETOROOTS and those affiliated with it shall not be held liable for any adverse effects or consequences resulting from the use of our services.

Territorial Restriction

Anyone engaging with KETOROOTS agrees that English law governs all interactions, disputes, and claims (including non-contractual matters). All users irrevocably agree and accept that any disputes related to KETOROOTS services will be handled exclusively by English courts.

Reimbursement of services

Some international insurers may cover (part of) the cost of services provided by KETOROOTS. Your employer may also help - usually through an employee training budget. It is your responsibility to pay for all services provided to you by KETOROOTS. All invoices are to be paid upon receipt.
